  1. The Document window is where you view the entries in your file, mark entries, and select entries to edit or delete.  It displays your entries in Browse mode, which is a list showing all the fields for all the entries, or Layout mode, which displays your document in approximately the way it will print.  Press Command-T to toggle between the modes.

  3. If you are working in a new file, the Document window first appears in Browse mode.  When you open an existing file, Address Book Plus displays the Document Window in whatever mode you last viewed it.

  5. The title bar at the top of the window displays the name of the current file.  When you create a new file, the title bar reads “Untitled” until you save the file and give it a name.
